Product Description

Due to its high temporal resolution, quantitative electroencephalography (QEEG) is fast becoming the premier neuroimaging tool to assess and aid in the treatment of many psychological and medical brain-based disorders. However, poorly artifacted records will lead to poor results. The Art of Artifacting is the quintessential raw electroencephalography (EEG) artifacting tutorial. With 75 records, each containing 6 epochs, to test yourself on, you will gain the experience necessary to identify eye blinks and saccades, muscle artifact, transient events, drowsiness, electrode pop, and many others. It is a highly recommended book for anyone who is beginning to include QEEG in his practice regimen.
